About Me

Hello everyone! I am a music teacher at an elementary school in Portsmouth, VA. I am currently in my third year of teaching. I teach general music to grades K-2, recorders to grade 3, guitar to grade 4, and violin to grades 5-6! My goal is to be a band director at a middle school, but I am currently loving elementary school. I am a trumpet player, so it's been an interesting learning experience teaching elementary age students general music and strings.
